Jack is a 7 year old toy poodle mix. He was rescued from Homeward Bound Dog Rescue of MN at the age of 2.
His favorite food is string cheese. He loves to play with tennis balls and small plush squeaky toys. At home he spends most of his time sleeping in his crate, playing with toys, and getting in trouble.
He shares his home with a 13 year old deaf miniature poodle, a 23 pound terrier mix, and the Hepp's current foster Dog named Sophie.
Backstage Jack is most likely found snoozing in his dog bed at the microphone table, hanging with the costume crew, or hiding out in the girl's dressing room. Jack loves to soak up all the attention he receives form his fellow cast members.
Jack is always so excited when he sees me take out his little blue jacket and pink leash because it means he gets to go to rehearsal. For this production Jack was required to be purse trained and had to learn to act normally around loud music, bright lights, and a large audience.
Jack also competes in dog agility with his handler Holly but had to take a break from their weekend trials to participate in this show. Holly used some agility techniques to teach Jack to run down that flight of stairs at the beginning of the show.
Jack would love to receive questions from his fans through this email: bruiserjacksonwoods@gmail.com. He hopes to hear from you!
