Meet sisters Emma and Colleen from "Legally Blonde the Musical"

"My name is Emma DesLauriers-Knop and I'm a ninth grader now at EVHS. This is my first show here at Eastview and I'm so excited. I'm a part of the Delta Nu chorus with my sister, Colleen. She and my brother (graduated already) have been a part of the theatre program and I've been waiting for the longest time to finally be a part of the shows so I'm thrilled to be a cast member. My favorite number in the show would have to be 'Legally Blonde Remix' because there's a big dance break where some of the chorus are Irish dancing.  I have been Irish dancing for nearly six years so it was really fun to be a part of that in the show. I love Eastview theatre because everyone has so much energy and excitement for what we're doing and that really makes being a part if Eastview theatre so much fun."

"My name is Colleen DesLauriers-Knop.  I am a junior at Eastview High School and am in the production of Legally Blonde.  I am a Delta Nu. I love being in EVHS theatre because here we are one big family, we are always here to support each other and pick others up when they are having a bad day. I know from past experience that I can come to rehearsal and my whole day is better because I have all of my friends there for me. This is my second show at Eastview and every performance gets better an better. I can't wait to be a senior next year and make sure that all of the underclassmen have just as great of an experience as I did!"

Legally Blonde the Musical opens this Friday and closes Saturday, December 15th.  For ticket information, visit:  www.district196.org/evhs
