Apple Valley Man Who Allegedly Drove Zamboni Drunk Had .32 BAC, Police Say

Charges have been filed in Dakota County against Joel Keith Bruss.

The Apple Valley man who during a youth hockey game at the had a blood-alcohol content level of .32, police say.

Joel Keith Bruss, 34, is charged in Dakota County with four counts of drunken driving—three gross misdemeanors and one a misdemeanor, according to an article from the Star Tribune.

Bruss, who was suspended from his job after his arrest, allegedly told police he had been drinking earlier in the evening before driving himself to work at the arena.
