Apple Valley Police Blotter: 3 Arrests Made in Credit Card Fraud Incident

Police also made arrests of people attempting to vote who are ineligible because of criminal convictions, and those attempting to vouch for them.

Oct. 17

A 73-year-old Savage man was arrested on a fourth-degree DUI charge.

A 35-year-old Apple Valley man and making terroristic threats.

A 19-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested on a charge of possession or sale of a controlled substance.

A 22-year-old Burnsville man was arrested on a charge of giving a false name to a police officer.

A 42-year-old Prescott woman, a 48-year-old St. Paul man and a 41-year-old Robbinsdale man each were arrested on a charge of fraudulent credit card use in connection with the same case.

Oct. 21

A 30-year-old Minneapolis man and a 28-year-old Lakeville man each were arrested on a charge of trying to vote knowing they were ineligible. A 25-year-old Apple Valley man, a 29-year-old Apple Valley man and a 31-year-old Shakopee man each were arrested on a charge of knowingly vouching for ineligible voters in connection with the same case.

Oct. 22

A 30-year-old Burnsville man was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree DUI.

A 27-year-old Farmington man was arrested on a charge of second-degree DUI and refusal to submit to a test.

Oct. 23

A 22-year-old Eagan man was arrested on a charge of fourth-degree DUI.

An 18-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested on charges of third-degree DUI and refusal to submit to a test, and underage liquor consumption. An 18-year-old Apple Valley woman was arrested on a charge of underage liquor consumption in connection with the same case.
