A 20-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested on an underage liquor consumption charge, and a 23-year-old apple Valley man was arrested on charge of procuring liquor for a minor in connection with the same case.

A 21-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested on charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession of opium, possession of drug paraphernalia and two shoplifting charges. A 32-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested on charges of driving after revocation and liability for crimes of another in connection with the same case.
