After Wolfard drove the girl home, they sat outside in his car for about 45 minutes and Wolfard allegedly said he wanted to see the girl naked, the complaint said. The girl reported that he allegedly fondled her breasts under her bra and kissed her for about two minutes, the complaint said.

When detectives met with Wolfard, he allegedly told them he had "made some mistakes," and that he kissed the girl and and touched her breasts to examine a rash she said she had, the complaint said.

Wolfard was released from custody on Friday. He currently is not allowed to have contact with the girl or to be in the girl's home, court records show.

He's scheduled for a pretrial hearing in Dakota County District Court on May 9.
