Firefighters Respond to Blaze in Apple Valley Office Building
It took firefighters less than an hour Sunday evening to extinguish a blaze at the Cedar Valley office building at 7630 145th St. W.

No one was inside the building when the fire broke out, and firefighters extinguished the flames within the hour, according to a firefighter on the scene.
The fire burned a hole in the building's east wall. Wisps of smoke were still emerging from the structure at 9:15 p.m.

According to a sign outside, the building houses the Oasis Alcoholics Anonymous group, International Language Inc., Koester Insurance Services, Weddings by Tess and 4Keeps Enterprises, a nonprofit organization that works with disadvantaged pregnant women.
The building has one vacant office.
