Rosemount's baseball team went up against Lakeville North on Monday—the second contest between the two South Suburban Conference teams.
The game was tied 1-1 after four innings of play. Then, during the fifth inning, a three-run homer by their opponent put them behind. The Irish were not able to respond and only scored one more run.
The final score was 7-2.
