Photos: Eastview Football Loses to Lakeville South

Eastview and Lakeville South came out strong in the game at Eastview on Friday night, but Lakeville South simply dominated the offensive game throughout the game and defeated Eastview 28-14.

The football team came into its second game of the season Friday off a loss to last week. came with a victory over Eagan under their belt.

In the end, Lakeville South came away with the victory, 28-14.

Both teams lost possession of the ball during the first quarter on fumbles, but Lakeville South put seven points on the board after a pass from Mitchell Leidner to Matthew Heller. Lakeville South added 14 points in the second quarter to make the score 21-0 at half time.

Eastview finally put points on the board after a pass from Ryan Reger to Keynon Phillips took them into the endzone. Lakeville South ran the ball in for a touchdown to make the score 28-7 in the fourth quarter, and Eastview answered with a pass play to make the final score 28-14.

Eastview (0-2) will be away at Eagan next Friday, and Lakeville South (2-0) will be at home against .
