Apple Valley Aquatic Center Opening for Preview on June 1
The aquatic center, located at 14421 Johnny Cake Ridge Rd., will open for the regular season on June 8.
Apple Valley residents can get their feet wet on the water slides, lazy river, lap pool and other Apple Valley Family Aquatic Center features starting June 1 and 2, when the facility opens for a "preview weekend."
Weather permitting, the aquatic center will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both days. The facility will be open again for shortened hours on June 6 and 7 before opening for the regular season on June 8.
Admission to the aquatic center is $9 per person or $6 after 5 p.m. Children under 12 months of age are free. This year, the season runs through Aug. 25, weather permitting.
